Return Policy You have 30 days from the date of purchase to evaluate the Foundations in Herbal Medicine course. If after 30 days, you are not completely satisfied, you can return all materials for a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be subtracted from all refunds.

Course Completion Policy Most students complete the course in 8 to 18 months. We give you 24 months in which we will answer questions pertaining to course materials, correct homework and issue a certificate after successful completion of the course.

DVD replacement policy There is a $10 per DVD replacement charge plus $5 S & H.

Conversion to Plan A Policy Students who register for Plan B can convert to plan A and subtract all money previously paid from the Plan A total of $995. Plan B must convert prior to ordering the second module. (e.g Plan B paid $100. Conversion price to Plan A is $995-$100 = $895).
