Return Policy You have 30 days from the date of purchase to evaluate the Foundations in Herbal Medicine course. If after 30 days, you are not completely satisfied, you can return all materials for a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be subtracted from all refunds.

Course Completion Policy Most students complete the course in 8 to 18 months. We give you 36 months in which we will answer questions pertaining to course materials, correct homework and issue a certificate after successful completion of the course.

Tape Replacement Policy Video tapes wear out, get lost, or otherwise need to be replaced. There is a $15 per tape replacement charge plus $5 S & H.

Conversion to Plan A Policy Students who register for Plan B or C can convert to Plan A and subtract all money previously spent from the Plan A total of $1,500. Plan B must convert before ordering the second set of 3 modules and Plan C must convert prior to ordering the third module. (e.g. Plan B paid $450. Conversion price to Plan A is $1,500 - $450 = $1,050).
