Other herbal
anti-microbials and agents having effects upon the immune system
will be mentioned. Although the syllabus shown here appears to
be relatively brief, this is a long module and for many students
may require two months to complete. The immune system is so fundamental
to health that the extra time taken to be totally familiar with
often difficult concepts will be invaluable. To give some indication
as to the detail presented in this module, a full eight hours
of video is provided.
The aim of this module
is to provide a detailed overview of the immune system, its role
in the maintenance of good health and the often serious consequences
of dysfunction. Much is also known about the modes of action of
the various herbs beneficial to this system and this, again, is
presented in detail. |
